Two lengths: 65 cm (S) and 75 cm (M). Choose the length so that your baby can kick freely, with the neck and armholes snug enough that they cannot slip inside. For cooler rooms, take the padded sleep sack.
Safe sleep, every night: baby on their back, in their own cot on a firm flat mattress, with nothing else inside (no pillow, duvet, bumper or soft toy). A sleep sack replaces blankets. No hat indoors, and a room that is not too warm.

Which size should I choose?
Measure your baby from shoulders to feet and allow some room to kick: the 65 cm suits smaller babies, the 75 cm older ones. The neck opening must stay snug.
