Two lengths: 70 cm for 0-6 months and 90 cm for 6-24 months, according to the maker. The manufacturer does not give a TOG rating; check your baby’s chest or the back of the neck to see if they are too hot or cold rather than their hands.
Safe sleep, every night: baby on their back, in their own cot on a firm flat mattress, with nothing else inside (no pillow, duvet, bumper or soft toy). A sleep sack replaces blankets. No hat indoors, and a room that is not too warm.

What should my baby wear underneath?
It depends on the room: a bodysuit in a mild room, a bodysuit plus pyjamas if it is cooler. Their chest or neck should feel warm, not sweaty.
Is there a TOG rating?
The manufacturer does not give one, so we do not invent one. It is a quilted, padded sack meant for cool rooms.
