This set gives you three bands instead of one: a tall band for the upper tummy, a shaped band for the waist and a narrower one for the hips. You wear the ones you want, under or over a T-shirt.
The mesh is ventilated and each band closes with wide hook-and-loop tabs, so you adjust the hold yourself, day by day. Nude colour, discreet under clothes.
Before using it, especially after a caesarean, ask your midwife or doctor when and how long to wear it. Size by waist after the birth: M 74-84 cm, L 85-94, XL 95-104, 2XL 105-114.

When can I start wearing it?
That depends on your birth and your recovery: your midwife or doctor is the right person to ask, especially after a caesarean section.
Do I have to wear the three bands together?
No. They are independent; many mothers start with the waist band alone and add the others if they want.
Which size?
Measure your waist after the birth: M 74-84 cm, L 85-94, XL 95-104, 2XL 105-114. The velcro lets you tighten or loosen it as your body changes.
